He is an international expert in Cybernetics and System Dynamics applied to issues of Organisational Learning and Transformation. His methodological position is transdisciplinary. He is also a Member of the Board at the World Organisation of Systems and Cybernetics (WOSC), and Managing Editor of the System Dynamics Review.
